THE GAME CHANGED

Assalamualaikum hi saya NaddJane.

Ketika saya decide untuk berhenti kerja pada Julai 2018, saya membuat keputusan untuk  membantu lebih banyak peniaga dalam memperjuangkan perniagaan masing-masing.

Saya selalu berfikir bagaimana saya dapat membantu orang lain selain dari segi kewangan. Soalan besar yang saya selalu fikir ialah bagaimana.

Bagaimanakah saya dapat membantu peniaga lain terutamanya dalam peniaga-peniaga kecil dan tempatan? 

Sejak sepuluh tahun yang lalu, saya telah belajar bahawa statistik perniagaan konvensional akan merosot jika ia kekal dengan konsep konvensional. Konvensional bererti untuk perkara yang biasa.

Perniagaan konvensional menerangkan perniagaan yang biasa dan mengikuti standard yang sedia ada. Contohnya seperti perniagaan kedai runcit yang masih menggunakan kaedah resit tulis berbanding sistem digital.

Sebelum itu, biar saya ceritakan tentang kerja saya di syarikat lama. Peranan saya dalam syarikat terdahulu adalah untuk MENJUAL produk-produk tersebut kepada orang yang masuk ke kedai (walk-in).

Walau bagaimanapun, saya boleh mengira secara spesifiknya adalah kurang daripada lima orang yang masuk ke kedai dalam sehari.

Saya dan suami membuat keputusan untuk melakukan satu perubahan besar. Masalah ini tidak boleh berlangsung dalam tempoh yang lama. Saya beritahu pemilik syarikat bahawa kami akan melakukan sesuatu tentang masalah tersebut dan memintanya agar tidak mengganggu plan kami.

Kami mengkaji pasaran dan permintaan terhadap produk yang dijual. Pada mulanya, ya ia mengambil masa dan tenaga kerana kami tidak mempunyai data mengenai perniagaan tersebut.

Namun, seteleh mengumpul data, kami mengubah semuanya menjadi digital dan melihat peningkatan walk-in dan secara langsung jualan dan keuntungan syarikat juga meningkat.

Kedai tempatan memerlukan walk-in dan dengan menukarkan konsep perniagaan konvensional ke perniagaan digital, orang sekeliling mula memperhatikan kedai dan pada mula singgah hanya untuk melawat dan akhirnya membeli beberapa produk.

Jadi saya memutuskan untuk compile kajian saya selama ini, yang up to date dan masih relevant (kerana teknologi semakin canggih)  di dalam eBook yang dapat membantu dalam perniagaan anda.

HOW TO MOTIVATE YOURSELF WHEN NO ONE ELSE BELIEVES IN YOU?

Hello people. Today I’m just gonna share a question that I always get the most. It’s how we motivate our self when no one else believe in us.

1. Politically Correct

Well. you just have to hustle and put your head down, 

know your goals, know where you're going.

You read these things a lot.

You hear these things a lot.

2. The Truth

Here is the truth, if you need someone to motivate you, you are not that motivated.

What I notice is these high performance people, we are self-motivated.

There are a lot of people are looking for their family.

They are using excuses,

"my husband doesn't support me",

"my parents don't support me",

"my kids don't support me",

or even

"my friends don't support me".

Guess what?

Do not expect their support.

The air thin at the top.

And you have to learn to be alone without being lonely.

That's just the path.

When you're becoming more successful, that's the biggest thing that holds most people back.

It's not the how to,

It's not the know what,

It's not don't know what to do,

It's the fact that they cannot operate on their own, being able to self motivate at the same time not having to get permission from the people around them.

Some be saying

"Don't you know I'm doing this for you?"

"How come you guys don't support me?"

"How come my family don't support me?"

"How come they don't understand?"

"I don't get it, I want to make more money,

I want to be more successful, to better their lives.

How come they don't understand?"

Guess what?

Most of the time, they will never understand.

You're expecting something that won't happen.

That's what holding you back.

You're expecting them to give you permission.

The question is why don't they support you?

It's very simple.

First of all, they don't understand. Because most of us, we grew up in the miseducational system.

Where it's teaching you to behave a certain way. Go to school, get good grades and walk this path.

Get a degree, get a job, till you're 65. Marry, have kids, get a big mortgage.

That's your life.

Anything that deviates from that, that's not the traditional path,

That is stupid.

That is dangerous.

That is wrong.

You shouldn't do that.

You should do this.

So the minute you want to walk a different path, the people around you, you loved ones, they feel like you're so weird. How come you can't do what everybody else doing,

Just be normal.

Just settle.

Don't take risks.

Play safe.

Get a safe, secured job.

And the more you deviate from the traditional path, the more they feel the distance between you and them.

They are afraid to lose you. They are afraid that you will leave them behind. That's why you don't have the support.

And your friends, do you think they want you to be mega successful?

To live their dream life?

To travel, live in that beautiful home, to drive the care that they could never afford?

Do you really think that they want you to be that successful while they are living paycheck to paycheck?

N-O, NO!

They might say

"yeahh, we cheer for you."

" Congratulations man, good for you."

Deep down, enviousness, jealousy, lower self. It's human nature.

So what I'm saying is don't even expect it.

You're wasting your time.

You do what you think is right,

you do what you believe is right.

You walk your own path.

They might see it, they might not seeing it,

I'm not expecting them to see it.

This is my life, it's not their life.I do what I know I need to do.

so if you need someone to motivate you, you're not going to be successful.

I, me, NaddJane I don't need anyone to motivate me.

I don't need people to understand me.

I understand me, I motivate me.

You're waiting for someone to motivate, how come they don't support me, how can I be motivate.

You can't even get yourself to get off the bed and do what it takes, and you want to be successful?

You want to be better than everybody else?

You want to develop that skill?

Not going to happen.

Just not going to happen.

You need to be self motivated.

Look across any industry, sports, entertainment, business, anyone who has achieved excellence, you don't need to motivate them.

Because they demand more from themselves than anybody else could.

I demand more from myself than anybody else could.

Do you demand more from yourself, than anybody else could?

So don't wait.

Do it!

Just do it!
