TIPS MUDAH MENJADI KAYA

SALAM JUMAAT SEMUA.. 



TIPS PALING SIMPLE UNTUK MENJADI ORANG KAYA.

Nak merasa jadi orang kaya ? Boleh try amalkan tips simple kat bawah ni :

1. Lepas makan kat restoran / gerai makan, tinggalkan sahaja duit baki yg seringgit dua/sen tu sebagai tips kepada mereka yang serve kita. Tak luak pon duit kat dalam poket. Jutawan pun belum tentu boleh buat.

2. Ketika isi minyak kereta, lepas attendant pam tolong kita cuci cermin atau isikan minyak, ringankan tangan bagi token. Tak kiralah apa bangsa sekalipun, kita tidak tahu doa yg mana akan makbul. Mereka yg berkereta mewah dan pakai driver, belum tentu ada peluang utk buat camtu.

3. Jika kita singgah solat kat mana2 surau atau masjid, ingat lepas solat seluk poket carik wang yang paling BESAR utk disedekahkah ke tabung masjid. Manalah tau, mungkin sumbangan terakhir kita. Hanya orang yg betul-betul kaya mampu berbuat demikian.

4. Cuba ubah tempat kita shopping barang keperluan harian. Selalunya kita ke pasaraya besar, cuba shopping kat pasar tani pulak kali ni. Sambil tolong penjual/petani. Tak perlu berkira sgt mintak tawar menawar sayur atau lauk mentah tu.

5. Waktu nak belikan mainan anak, bawak je diorang ke pasar malam. Bagi duit RM10, macam-macam permainan boleh beli kat sana. Sambil boleh bantu peniaga pasar malam. Daripada pergi Toys r Us, RM10 buat bayar parking je.

6. Bila naik teksi, genapkan untuk lebih sahaja tambang tu. Dengan niat untuk sedekah. Jika mereka diberi peluang, mungkin mereka tak nak jadi pemandu teksi. Tak semua orang berpeluang naik teksi & jadi penumpang.

7. Adakala kita tengah beratur di kaunter bayaran mini market, jumpa budak-budak merengek nak beli jajan atau gula-gula, apa salahnya tolong amikkan dan bayarkan. Buat diorang tersenyum.

8. Waktu travel balik kampung, singgah di mana-mana RNR, liarkan pandangan kita. Tengok- tengok la orang sekeliling. Ada yg singgah dengan family ramai, naik kereta lama siap berhimpit anak ramai. Makan pon macam kena kongsi. Apa salahnya belikan air atau bayarkan makan walaupun mereka mampu.

9. Masa kita minum di kedai kopi/kedai makan, sekali sekala tu apa kata kita cuba bayarkan makan atau minum utk meja sebelah. Usha dulu la meja, tengok yg mana yg patut dibayar. Tak perlu sebab dan alasan.

10. Jika ada peluang pi melawat org sakit kat wad, time nak belikan buah tangan, apa kata beli extra 1 pack. Pass kat jiran dia katil sebelah. Doakan kesejahteraan mereka. Besar nilainya bagi pesakit dpt ingatan sebegitu. Orang kenamaan sahaja biasanya ada peluang buat camtu.

Kita tidak memerlukan masa dan saat yg sesuai utk menjadi orang kaya. Kita juga tak perlu sebab dan alasan tertentu utk menjadi seperti orang kaya. Apa yang penting adalah KEIKHLASAN.
Cubalah, saya yakin insyaAllah anda akan menjadi seperti orang kaya dan usah khuatir kerana anda tidak akan menjadi seorang yang papa kalau buat perkara di atas. Hari ini mungkin tangan kita yg memberi, mana tahu esok lusa kita pula yg akan menerima?

MANAGE YOUR TIME

14 Tips to successfully manage your time.


1. Make a list of what should be done
Of course, you need to write them up in a small notebook that you should be carried everywhere. 

2. Allocate your time correctly
You won't know how long something can take, but just assume and allocate it properly. 


3. Set your own deadlines and meet them
This is the most important part, if you cant set and meet your deadlines, you're totally dead!


4. Use your time intelligently
This is like, you're having a long lunch before an appointment, don't take total of two hours for your lunch, spare some time for the traffics. 


5. Organize your desktop
Well, this seems epic, but if it is unorganized, you will take a long time to find a file. 


6. Insist in your targets
You should have an “in tray” in your office so that others can give you what they want to give you and not just leave it on your desk. 


7. Do not distract your attention
Do not allow small things distract you. Focus on your daily goals. 


8. Co-operate with your colleagues
Colleagues will expect you to finish the job on time, so make sure to avoid any delay. You would expect the same from them. To avoid any delays, give more time to the project so as to be able to handle unexpected complications, misunderstandings or missed deadlines. If the date of presentation is the 25th of the month, be sure to plan to finish everything by 23.


9. Avoid unnecessary Supervisions
 If the investigation of your colleagues or their professional responsibilities does not affect your daily work, your performance at work or objectives of your career, you could simply express an interest just to encourage them.


10. Cancel routine meetings
If, you have to attend, set an agenda and make sure that you follow it – start the meeting and finish it on time. If your presence is not necessary for the entire meeting then leave earlier.

11. Be constantly busy
To deal simultaneously with different project assures that you will always have something on which to work. Also, it keeps your mind alert and renews your clients.


12. Choose carefully your projects
Make sure that your work has some value for the company and that it raises your skills. 

13. Do not waste your time
It is an integral part of human nature to postpone unpleasant tasks. Plan some of the more pleasant tasks of the project to be made after any unpleasant tasks.

14. Reward yourself
Thing of a reward to give yourself when you finish your work. This may mean to make a break for coffee once finished reading a long report or to leave for vacation just after the promotion of the new product.

Career Burnout

Are you masking your career burnout ?

Tips to overcome:

1. Find your engagement-passion, joy, happiness in your work. It's whether you, your environment or your colleague.



2. Self-understanding, and reduce the critical. Your awareness of and ability to understand one's own actions and reactions.





3. Care about your health; mental and physical. Your mind, your body and soul need some rest too. Pray 5 times a day will reduce your stress level to normal, just like meditation.



4. Take Relaxation Seriously. When you are at home, switch off your handphone and relax to the max. You need some time alone.



5. Get Enough Sleep. Most of the adults rate of sleep in 7 hours. Get your quality sleep of 7 hours daily.

6. Get Organized.  You will be calm when you see your organized schedule and even your organized desk!

7. Figure Out When Enough Is Enough. If you can't go on with the work that you're doing, it's the time to move on.

Doa Mustajab




Berdoalah dengan apa-apa doa pun, cuma alangkah baiknya kita dapat mencontohi doa Rasulullah r,
kerana Baginda r tidak akan melafazkan sesuatu melainkan padanya pasti ada kebaikan. Sesungguhnya doa orang yang berpuasa sebelum berbuka adalah doa yang mustajab insyaAllah, sebagaimana diriwayatkan dari Abu Hurairah, telah bersabda Rasulullah r :
[ ثلاثة لا ترد دعوتهم : الصائم حين يفطر، و الإمام العادل، و دعوة المظلوم ]
Maksudnya : ” Tiga golongan yang tidak ditolak doa mereka : Orang yang berpuasa di saat berbuka,
imam yang adil, dan orang yang dizalimi “. [HR At-Tirmidzi : 2526][5]
- Doa yang thabit serta shahih dari Nabi r ketika berbuka adalah :
[ ذهب الظَمَأُ وابتَلَّتِ العُروق، وثَبَتَ الأجر إن شاء الله ]
Maksudnya : ” Telah hilang dahaga, telah basah urat-urat, dan telah ditetapkan pahala insyaAllah ” [HR Abu Daud : 2357][6]
- Adapun doa :
[ اللهم لك صمت، وعلى رزقك أفطرت ]
Maksudnya : ” Ya Allah, ya Tuhan kami, kerana-Mu kami berpuasa, dan atas rezeki-Mu kami berbuka”.[HR Abu Daud : 2358]
